Hello Ladies & Gents,
Hope everyone is safe and well.
Been lurking for a while as I feel my cooking is ready to take a step up and with it, my basic cooking equipment needs upgrading.
To start with I think I’m going to be looking at and researching a mid/high priced Chefs knife, Carbon steel frying pan and a SS sauté pan for my electric cooker and build from there.
I look forward to reading and discussing all the invaluable information that can be found on this gold mine of a forum
