I’m a long time Chef from Australia and I’ve been really into knives for as long as I can remember. Started out with outdoor knives for camping and bushcraft and moved into kitchen knives once I made a career there. Recently developed an interest in putting life back into old kitchen knives.
Anyway happy to be here and looking forward to soaking up some information.
