... and I'm a knife junkie.
No not really, but I do have a few that I don't allow anyone else to use after some unfortunate incidents (more on those later).
I'm in Wisconsin, an essentially born and bred Cheesehead. At no point have I ever depended on a knife for my livelihood, but I did learn the value of a well-made tool from some friends and relatives that have worked in the back of the house. I came here to hopefully learn a bit about caring for what I already have, and possibly some more concrete info.
