Hey guys, got a nice value proposition knife here. A Mutsumi Hinoura Aogami Super w/ stainless cladding santoku. Asking $225 shipped.

165mm edge with about 46mm of edge height

Custom Ironwood and Spalted maple+burl handle which was over $100.

This was my first J knives I bought myself. About a year ago I sold it to a good buddy. Recently he has had some financial troubles so I helped him out and bought it back. I gave it a good thinning, did a rough and ready kasumi on the bevels, and put a nice 3k edge on it. Knife is not mint, but it's in decent condition. I was feeling a bit sentimental and almost decided to keep it, but I have so many damn knives...this should be sent to a home where it would see more use. Probably have been sharpened 5-6 times in its life. The aogami super takes a great toothy edge and holds it for a nice while. Really great knife, and with a great thin grind, see choil shot. Lemme know if you have any questions.

Quick video, there are some light scratches that peep through the kasumi, but nothing major.
