This is a hot new line sharpened by morihiro’s grandson under his direction. And it really shows look at that choil jfc. Best wide bevel I’ve ever experienced, feels dumb to sell for this price but I just don’t reach for it. Stain on the handle from when I left some boiled peaches on the counter and the juice touched the handle. Could be sanded out I’m sure.
