It had first professional sharpening from best uk sharpener Togidai. So knife is ready to use.
I have been told that this kind of job could be done only by number of people

That’s just how BST goes sometimes. Id bump my posts weekly and adjust the price accordingly. That usually gets a knife out of my hands quickly enough. Usually at a loss, but oh well
