Up for sale is a 180 mm Hitohira Togashi White #1 stainless clad kasumi bunka with an ebony handle. This has only been used for a few test cuts. I acquired a few knives around the same time and gravitate more toward my Kyuzo and Shibata bunkas so I’m hoping this can receive more use from another chef. Has not been sharpened and is in like-new condition.
Measurements: Blade height 54mm, spine thickness at handle 2.1mm, thickness half way down the blade 2mm, thickness 1cm from the tip 0.9mm, weight 179g.
