Need to pair down the collection. Going to list these two. If one sells, might keep the other; not sure.

1. Isasmedjan blue 2 honyaki laser: 250mm edge length, 53mm height. Would say grind is more similar to a thin middleweight. beautiful integral dimple for a nice pinch grip. Macassar ebony handle which feels perfect in the hand. Beautiful hamon which is hard to get in blue steel. Unused. $950 shipped

2. Shiraki White 2 honyaki: 215mm edge length, 53mm height, beautiful old stock from James at KnS. Awesome profile. Custom amboyna and blonde horn handle, and friction fit wenge saya. Beautiful hamon. Lightly touched up the edge on high grit stones once for about 2-3 minutes to feel how it would sharpen up and was fantastic. Has a decent-ish edge on it, but if someone spends a little bit of time on it I'm sure can get it way sharper. Has a light patina on it. Used 2-3 nights at home maximum. $1300 shipped.

Disclaimer: These are mirror polished honyakis, and as such do have some fine/light hairline scratches on them. I have not seen any mirrored honyaki that is perfect, but thought I should mention it.
