Hello Kitchen Knife Forum,

Been lurking on the forum for quick some time, but after my recent birthday turned my knife roll into more of a collection - I figured it was time to officially join here.

  • Ashi Hamono Ginga Gyuto (270mm in Swedish SS)
  • Hado Sumi Bunka (180mm in W2)
  • Konosuke HD2 Gyuto (210mm in HD2)
  • Hatsukokuro Petty (150mm in B1)
  • Y. Tanaka Gyuto (240mm in W1)
  • Tetsujin Kiritsuke Gyuto (210mm in B2)
