Just joined here after reading through several of the washita / natural stones threads. I’m a hand tool woodworker and have recently decided to put away my synthetic stones and switch over to naturals. I have a good grasp on sharpening my tools freehand but my knife sharpening skills are lacking. Now I’m off to read / practice some of the methods discussed here.
