Hi everyone
I’m Knoxx currently longterm staying in Taiwan but I grew up in Indonesia
I have just recently discovered this forum but I’m already a knife junkie for about 3-4 years now and boy is it not good on my wallet (though I stick to budget knives so far). I love cooking and I wish I could cook more often
My current favorite knife is a custom N695 165mm nakiri by kitchenknives.id
