Cut an onion with it. Buttered up the handle. Let it hang but I reach for my 200mm nakiri as the Ikazuchi is just too light for me.

Is the clading sticky on food?

I ll be completely transparent and I really don't remember. All I knew it was super light and swishy and I found out I prefer slightly more on the heavier/mid weight side.

From memory - I dont recall any of my recent purchase streaks having a large sticking qualities but I really just can't remember.
