I got into knives very lightly in 2021, and got my self a yoshihiro AS 180mm gyuto. Soon after I got a Yu Kurosaki Senko Bunka in 2021/22 and it was at the time the best feeling knife i ever felt.
Nowadays I've sold the Kurosaki, and currently have a Tetsujin Gyuto 240 B2, Ashi 240 Gyuto Swedish SS, Masamoto KS 165 petty, and the yoshihiro stated. Interested to learn more about this hobby and hopefully grow into it as i learn more about it.
