Hello there, I'm pretty new to the nice kitchen knife world, but have always been interested in quality tools.
collection so far is pretty small, sugi x fuji 210, yoshikane 240 and a shibata battleship.
Looking to try something sharpened by myojin or takada next I think. and hoping to pick something up from here ideally.
