Hi all,
Have enjoyed "foodie" eats for a long time. Started doing a lot of home chef-ery during the pandemic and have been enjoying the fruits (moreso the veggies) of my labor. Recently started some online cooking courses to broaden my knowledge, and it seems it's time to really invest in THE chef's knife. That's how I wound up here.
