Hello everyone!
Recently started getting into knives more, specifically Japanese style knives. I’ve spent some time lurking and finally pulled the trigger on my first 3 knives, a 240mm gyoto, 165 santoku and a 135 petty.
Excited to grow the collection and learn more, and hopefully not ruin my new knives too quickly with rookie mistakes lol
