Selling this brand new Itsuo Doi blue 2 Gyuto. Brand new, never used, sharpened or cut anything. Comes with a faux ivory handle. Doi knives are often thick but this is a KS profile piece that’s quite thin.

Edge length 247mm, heel heigh 50mm, thickness at heel 2.5mm, midway 2.0mm.

@DoYoon Kim, this is from Ikkyu but mine is a custom profile with a much taller heel. I have another shorter one at 235 with a taller heel at 53 without a handle going at 280.
