Starting my wishlist....
1. Jiro Wa Sujihiki 270mm - preferably a more recent release
2. Shigefusa Kitaeji Yanagiba 360mm
3. Tanaka Vintage Swedish Carbon Gyuto - any iteration whether Konosuke, Kagekiyo, Hitohira etc
4. Ashi Yanagiba/Sakimaru/K-Tip Honyaki - someone's gotta stop the unstoppable Mark G! Haha...
