Great knife in great shape. One full sharpening progression. I cannot explain it but the knife just does not click with me. Very lightly used in a home kitchen.
The core is Blue Super carbon steel and clad in a kurouchi stainless steel.
Feels super light in the hand. Rounded spine, eased choil, great contrast. Overall great fit and finish. This knife checks so many boxes for me, but no matter what does not gel.
So its up for sale.
