Hello Dave and Everybody Else,
I think I registered several years ago but never jumped in. At first glance the subject matter had “New Obsession” written all over it. I just didn’t have the time...but now things are different. I’m not sure about how much I can participate at this time but I expect to lean on the good folks here for some occasional advice/counsel. Eventually I’d like to get approved to use the BST forum.
I’m way into knives and I’ve started my collection. My star would be a YF Kato/Morehei Damascus Gyuto 240mm, it’s stunning...and I just managed to run across a Shigefusa Kiteiji Santoku...it was sitting next to a button that said “place in basket” $$$$$$....so I did. You don’t see that often.
