If this were one of the thicker ones Miura had recently I’d be lowering my credit score rn. I’ve got a white 2 240 k tip that cuts as well (if not better) than most things I’ve tried. The dammy adds some extra flavor as well on a knife that already has CRAZY F&F

Great cutter! Sure the edge may be delicate because they're thin, but if you're careful with it, you got nothing to worry about . Don't do lateral twist or be too rough on cutting board, you'll be peachy!

Cuts Carrots and Celeries like a buttah. Potatoes are fun. Herb cutting is godsend!
