Some of you might recognize this knife as it has changed hands a few times. It made its way to me through Crocker Cutlery. At the moment, more testing the waters to see what trade options it might shake loose.
Kamon Plainforge/Nashiji Finish 255mm Gyuto
From Crocker Cutlery:
- 256x58mm plain forged kurouchi gyuto.
- Rokkaku Hanmaru shaped handle - simple ash with stainless steel heirloom style end caps -- very light handle with a blade forward feel
- Balance point just behind the makers mark
- 220g.
