In theory it's Sold Pending Funds, but I can't send the funds since he hasn't given me his Paypal. Given Lagange has been on KKF since 2017, I'm leaning toward worrying that he's ok rather than being suspicious.

Agree with this. He is a solid buyer/seller but his job keeps him busy/out of touch. If I were a pending buyer or seller I wouldn't be worried.
