Would like to buy a Keskin gyuto, preferably 230-240mm edge, 50+mm height preferred.

Not too picky with handle material, would prefer a saya but not absolutely a deal breaker.

BNIB/LNIB preferred. I’m okay with used as long as it isn’t all scratched up from sharpening/washing.

Yep you are converting it correctly. They are great knives but can have some issues (one of mine had a minor recurve near the heel). Absolutely worth the money though.

Great value for price. A handle and says combo alone from a decent maker costs more than the whole package from KK.ID.

The only thing to keep in mind is shipping can be ~$50

Yup. My invoice for anyone curious. Shipped to the US, paid via paypal. Shipping was via EMS and took 4 days.

5160 (leaf spring) is a tougher 52100 IMO.
