Looking to sell this 270mm kiritsuke gyuto. This knife was purchased directly from KKID however I wasn't satisfied with the grind and finish, so I got it refinished by the guys at District Cutlery. The knife itself costed me $220 shipped + 90 for finishing so $310 USD total. The performance and finish now is pretty wonderful. I've just been personally moving away from things bigger than 240mm. This knife has not been sharpened and once and used twice (cutting pellicle off a dry age, and cutting a roast). The calipers battery died and new batteries are OTW. Will send specs later to this post.
This handle is made of blonde buffalo horn ferrule and end cap, with amboyna burl and brass spacers.
