Hey all!
Recently I've been falling down the rabbit hole of Japanese knives and I've been really pining to get myself a good gyuto. Everyone I've talked to has told me I should feel the knife in my hands before I buy it because everyone's hands are different and you need to know how a knife fits to make an informed decision. The thing is I can't find any brick and mortar stores where I live (south east brisbane). Does any local know of a store that's not on google maps or another place where I could try out gyutos?
Thanks!
