Knives by Lars 165mm Nakiri in 80CrV2 with a Burnt Ash/Juma Handle
I recently purchased this knife as a custom order from Lars. This is now my third knife from him and I can't recommend him enough. As many others have expressed, he is one of the more experienced knifemakers in Sweden and offers incredible value.
However, after a few uses (I've been on a Nakiri bender of late lol), this one has been deemed surplus, hopefully someone's win and my loss.
With that being said, this knife cuts like a laser and has pretty solid food release. My favorite part is the handle - Lars really executed my vision here and I love it. One of my other knives has the same handle and it is one of my favorite knives to use.
I purchased this for $250 before shipping and am asking for $200. As with my other posts, I offer free shipping within the US via FedEx, fully insured and signature required. G&S Paypal.
