This is a well known all-around performer, Kochi V2 in 240mm gyuto specs. I got it in a trade and already had one. I've used two for a while but am deciding to pass along a good deal to someone who will enjoy it - I just don't need two. Burnt chestnut/horn handle. Some patina. Very light sharpening. Excellent knife.
