Drawer queen from home butcher. Cut one onion while with me (small patina from the one onion is on the side of knife).
Its from when I thought I needed duplicates of the knives I loved… as of now my count is at 42 knives and the idea of a backup is silly.
I would describe this as a Yoshikane on roids. thicker spine out the handle, thinner bte, bigger everywhere
