IIRC these aren’t made anymore; or at least the last Kosuke said (on CKTG) they weren’t but who knows if that has changed. (I’d gander that it hasn’t since Konosuke has the new series around now to make up for FM production. Although that isn’t to say that the new unnamed sharpener won’t do chuka but who knows…) Chuka in general tend to be lower production since they require much more work to grind as well.
I won’t comment on the wa-handle availability since I’m not totally confident if there are any and don’t want to spread misinformation. With that being said, there’s plenty of Migoto chuka out there that meet this criteria. (I personally don’t recommend standard wa handles on chuka since they feel unwieldy relative to western chuka handles IMO.)
Edit: If you want a similar knife though, the Sakai Kikumori Gokujyo is pretty similar at a lower price point; i.e. Tanaka-forged, rosewood handle, and a similar level of finishing. (The kasumi isn't as nice as the FM nor is the choil finely finished but the spine is still crowned. It's nothing that a bit of sandpaper and handiwork can't fix considering the several hundred dollar price premium at MSRP.)
