Up for sale I have a Konosuke HD sujihiki 210mm w saya. 213mm x 31mm 132 grams saya is signed by Kosuke. Purchased bnib sharpened 5-6 times, knife had more right handed grind so I when I sharpen I removed some steel above edge on left side (for left handed user) the knife is still feels pretty 50/50 tbh
Picked up for $230 looking to sell for $150 shipped
Also have 240mm Hisamoto (TF) fine finish gyuto. Should be on the money at exact 240mm 50mm weight is about 280 gr but I can double check at buyers request.
Retails for $480 asking $275 shipped.
I have debado 180 that is not very old used half a dozen times I can throw in for $35 to sweeten the pot.
