Looking for the perfect blade

Hey all,

My title is dramatic.

Perfect ain't cool and cool ain't perfect.

Anyway the short of it is I used to be a chef and my SO is one. So I want to assemble a knife for them.

I've been collecting a bunch of special materials to craft a unique Wa handle. Now I'm looking to find the "perfect" blade.

After that's done. I'll just have to start collecting.
