Knife acquired.
I'm looking to buy a new Gyuto, with some specifics in mind:
1. Carbon core steel, clad in either stainless or iron
2. Wa handle
3. Blade height at the heel of at least 54mm
4. Budget of around $400 USD or below
I'm located in the US, but will buy from anywhere as long as shipping costs aren't too extreme.
I also have tthree knives I'd be interested in trading. Let me know if you'd be interested in including any of these in a trade for your tall Gyuto:
