SOLD M. Hinoura 270mm Gyuto

For sale is this Mutsumi Hinoura Gyuto that I got a few years ago from K&S. Please note that this is a USED knife and has seen lots of love, but has a lot more to give. It has been sharpened and thinned. The knife condition is fairly good other than scratches on the left side which I tried to capture. I would definitely classify this thing as a laser as it cruises through hard veggies. It is also very easy to sharpen and can get easily hair popping sharp. In my opinion I think it would make a great work knife. I originally paid $370 for it. Feel free to send me a PM for any additional photos or info.
