Happy Sunday All,
Up for sale is a Mario gyuto i picked up in a cash and trade combo. Great little knife but I need the cash more than another slot filled in the roll and i know there are plenty of folks who would appreciate this knife. specs below with pics, Im looking for $300, paypal for payment pls and...
Steel: CPM-154
Length: 233mm straight line heel to tip
Height at heel: 47.2mm
Weight: 222 grams
2.7mm thick at spine above heel
1.1 mm thick at spine 1cm from tip
straight yo handle with nifty red spacers
near mirror finish, minor scratching, near mint condition,
I havnt had time to make a saya for it but it does come with the velvet lined wustoff protector.
Blade edge has not been touched by me and the previous owner didn't touch it up either so as far as i know it has the original edge, it certainly has not been thinned or messed around with on taper and shape.
