Markin 52100 equivalent
239x55mm
185g
Monosteel, Boxwood handle
Great all-around knife here. Solid handle leads into a very capable blade with a lovely grind. Thick enough spine to get a good grip on it but has great taper. Tip and edge are thin enough to perform any fine cuts needed. Steel is also very nice but I'm usually a big fan of this and 1095 for heavy kitchen use. Easy to get an edge on and just wants to be put to work. I feel like I could survive off this knife, a beater, and a utility knife for just about any cutting. Only really selling (although I probably shouldn't be) because I just got an iron-clad Wat that is a better counterpart to my stainless Ashi Ginga. Whereas the Markin is more similar to the Ashi. At Andrei's pricing, I'll be looking to get a custom that fits my needs better.
Price is $300 shipped, US only for now
