Up for sale is a very lightly used Marko Tsourkan western damascus gyuto with brass bolster, koa handle and koa saya. Steel is 52100 and 15n20 with a ladder pattern, and I believe it came from DT's son. Features Marko's S grind, and measures 247mm on the edge, and about 55mm tall at the heel. Gorgeous set that has seen very minimal home use, i believe it was lightly touched up on the stones a one or two times by the previous owner, excellent condition.
