Letting go this famous old stock year 2015 Masamoto Gyuto with Kanji chiseled engraving . Comes with original paper box and Saya with customized pin.
Please be mindful there is a crack at Mammoth Tooth Collar, tiny gap between spacer & collar , and poor handle orientation (not right angle) due to inexperienced guy doing it. (The handle costed me above $200
) Can’t be bothered to send it to get rehandled back to original handle. So I will put the original Masamoto handle together for anyone who like to replace back to normal. Otherwise, knife itself is in stellar condition. Never been used or sharpened. Only paper test cut.
FYI, knife won’t be completely fit in the box unless the original handle get replaced back.
