Old Post: https://www.kitchenknifeforums.com/threads/mazaki-ku-210-w-2-210.68803/
Same pics as old post for now, but will upload new pics tomorrow. It basically went in box with patina removal and oil and stayed there, opened it up again today and realized I am actually not going to use this again.. I have customs coming in this size and I'm quite sure it will stay in storage forever. Though about gifting it... but I don't trust anyone around me with carbon steel.
Price: $190
Shipping Included USA only
Weight 188
L: 218
H: 52
W@spine: 6mm
Lightly used to good convexity, comfortable spine basically one of the best all rounders ever. The KU is actually some of the best I've touched, food release is actually pretty good and I think the texture on the KU helps. Crazy lovely taper and the little dimple near the heel makes this extremey comfortable. In process of thinking about selling my san mai's for monosteels with a few exceptions.
