Mazaki kuro nashiji santoku in white #2, 170-ish mm. Chipped tip, but otherwise has not seen that much use. Purchased this year (2024), and I only touched up the edge on stones once or twice. Hardly any patina. I just realized that this is not a knife profile that is compatible with how I cut. Includes the box. $125 shipped in the USA.
