Up for sale Mazaki w2 210mm gyuto. It is from 2019 JNS era. This has been my back up.
It is never used, but polished comes with saya. These are excellent cutters.

HH: 50 mm
HT: 208mm

@Bcos17 pointed out the marks on the knife! Those are not chipping nor pitting. They were just marks (possibly water drop) and I left it as it is and did not want to remove.

FYI for any potential buyers: according to the kanji on the blade (炭烤), this is the charcoal quenched (AKA “BBQ”) white 2 variant. Quite unusual to see a BNIB copy of these.
