Knife lover, but true stoner at heart!
Hey yall,
Up for sale is my Moritaka AS gyuto.
It has zero grind issues and performs very well.
Not much to say here as these knives are so well known but this is a great example with no grind or fit and finish issues at all.
Would be a great knife for someone to learn how to polish with jnats on.
Knife is iron clad/Aogami Super core with welded stainless steel tang. Handle is ho wood octagon with Buffalo Horn Ferrule.
Knife has been sharpened down a couple mm's but has plenty of life left.
Measurments:
Edge length: 211 mm
Heel height: 45 mm
Distal: 4/2/1.5 mm
Overall: 355 mm
