Gyuto and Petty SOLD. Cleaver still available, see the link to the thread 2 lines below this one.

Anyone wants to get a Moritaka collection?

I would combo-sell the following three knives. All are iron-clad.

Chukabocho 220x110mm, Aogami Super. See details here: WTS - EU - Moritaka AS Chukabocho 220x110mm

270mm Gyuto, also Aogami Super. It is 265 grams, pretty agile blade for it's size. I have eased the shoulders. Aesthetically not brilliant, but cutting performance is quite decent now. It had a chip at the heel, as you can see in the photo. I just rounded that of instead of reprofiling. I would say that in real-life use, it is impossible to notice.

150mm Petty, that one is Blue #2. It has some red beet juice on the handle.

The Chuka certainly is the star of the collection. The others are rougher, but could make some nice no-worries or practice knives. I am very happy with the steel on all of them, the biggies are very nicely priced for AS.

Chuka's grind is fine, as is fit and finish. The 270 and 150 could be improved certainly, both in grind and f'n'f.

Would sell all 3 together for 450€ shipped EU, international actual shipping costs minus 15€.
