I'm selling this little petty as I rarely use it and I want to invest in a bigger gyuto.
I know these have a bad reputation here with overgrinds but I haven't seen any on this one.
The knife has been used in a home kitchen on and off, sharpened a few times and polished the KU as it started to wear out.
Comes with an oval rosewood handle with buffalo horn and the original box.

How reactive is it?

I'd say it's moderately reactive. I only have a Tanaka Damascus to compare it too. They both need to be wiped with a damp cloth between cuts for something acidic.
