1. Mastersmith Aaron Wilburn 8.75” mosaic damascus with a stunning combination of redwood burl and boxelder burl spacer. Knife is quite light and I’ve only just stared at it.

2. Mert Tansu 250mm integral gyuto in Hitachi Blue 2/15n20/1084 topography damascus. Handle is Arizona ironwood, G10 and brass. It’s a beautiful knife, just a little long for my preference.

Thanks for asking- you actually helped me realize I somehow left off the spine thickness (updated with 4mm). Feels a little beefier at the spine but he puts a great distal taper on it. I have a KS-profile from Mert and he makes a stellar knife.
