I made a little bit of stainless san mai recently and this is the first of those blades. I must admit I cut it really close with the cladding on this one, but the HT is good and the edge passes a deflection test, so everything should be just fine.

- Handle: Oil finished birdseye maple and walnut
- POB: 37mm back from the end of the handle
- Spine: 3.2mm at the neck, 2.4mm at halfway, 1.15mm 1cm from the tip
- Grind: right hand bias, heavy convex

- Edge: .15mm@1mm, .28mm@2mm, .51mm @5mm, .85mm @10mm Measured at the midpoint.
