I‘m selling a nice pair of Munetoshi knives from Cleancut here. These can be your entry into Japanese made full carbon knives or beaters for someone who’s looking for well performing blades that don‘t break the bank.

Both blades have seen their fair share of use but are in good overall shape and well cared for.

I‘m the original owner of both but the Gyuto had an intermediate owner at some point who thinned it and flattened the profile a bit which made it even more appealing in use than it was out of the box, so a definite improvement.

The Petty did loose one mm of its tip right after unpacking due to a stupid mistake but that was an easy fix and you wouldn’t notice anything if I didn’t tell you.

Both come with upgrade burnt chestnut handles also acquired from Cleancut.

I would love to sell those as a set for 215€ shipped in Europe. International shipping is of course possible but will add a little more for shipping, if you are interested just drop me a line and I will send you a quote.

Individual sales are possible in which case the Gyuto should ideally go for 120€ and the Petty for 80€ plus actual shipping cost to your location.

Detailed specs and pictures of the two knives will follow in the evening when I‘m back home from work, I just wanted to get those up now.

As you can see from the last two pictures there’s still some work to be done to get that blade road pretty but as I didn’t have those for their aesthetics I never cared to do it.

Here you can see the repaired tip. It is less acute than it initially was but I never had any problems with it using the knife as an in hand paring knife.

Would have bought them as well. Great price, awesome knives. Have fun with them new owner :)
