I picked up a pair of these a long time ago for a pretty decent price (blacksmith is retired to my understanding but the plain handled versions can still be had at Epicurean Edge for $254.00). These are a nice option if you want to polish bevels and get some crisp blue 1 (64-65hrc) steel for a decent price.
