Hi, new here. My name is Vinny and I love cooking! Spent many years with wusthof but last year discovered Japanese knives, and can't go back.
Currently looking to purchase a 240mm gyuto, preferably an easy to maintain steel not prone to rust.
I really like the look of the Masashi VS1 Kaijin and it's blade height. Something around 54mm
