Hello everyone. I'm new here, but a long-time reader...years.

Recently added Watanabe Pro 180 nakiri (love it), Yoshikane K-gyuto 210 (very good), and a JCK Fu-Rin-Ka-Zan 240mm (this one needs work). Have had the Blazen and Shun for +12 years.

Thanks. Yah...that Shun is about 15 years old. Just gave it a good stoning...had a few teeth. Haha
